    Painful to wear and do not sit well

    I tried these boots for a few hours while working at home. Immediately the area around the ankle sagged, and they were extremely painful to wear. Unfortunately as they were on sale I could not return for a refund which is extremely disappointing.

    We totally understand how frustrating it must be to not have the option to return them given the sale price, and we genuinely appreciate you sharing this feedback with us. With the ankle sagging, as they're crafted from leather, some softening and natural movement around the ankle can occur with wear, however we understand that comfort and fit can vary from person to person.
