There will be no action required from you! You will just need to use your email that you used in our old program to login to your account and from there, we would have allocated bonus points to your account based on your spend from this season. If you spend money with us prior to launching the new program, don't worry. We have given you something to get you started.

If you have already earnt points, you can redeem them simply by shopping online and proceeding to check out. Once you are at check out, the option to use your points will be available. You can redeem your points on not only full price product, but sale product too! Minimum spend is $150. Please note that you can't redeem your points on top of any promotional discounts.

Anniversary points are issued exactly 1 year after the date you have joined our loyalty program and are valid for 12 months.

To update your personal details, please sign into your account where you will be able to access your customer dashboard.

If you return or cancel an order, the rewards that were loaded for that purchase will be taken off your account. If you have already used the rewards earned from that purchase, your account will then go into negative points.
