    Gorgeous looking shoe

    I love the pointed toe and the chocolate suede. However, I had to return them as my heel kept slipping out of them. They appear to be an unlined, light single layer of suede, and I feel they wouldn’t have had enough body to retain good shape in the heel. I think they were a bit overpriced.

    Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re so pleased to hear you loved the pointed toe and rich chocolate suede.

    When designing this style, we chose a beautifully soft kid suede and left key sections unlined to create a softer, more flexible feel on the foot. While this gives the shoe its luxurious softness, it can also allow for a little more natural movement in the leather, which may affect the fit around the heel for some customers, as you experienced.

    We completely understand how disappointing it is when a style doesn’t feel quite right, especially when you’re not feeling the value in your purchase. For customers experiencing heel movement, cushioned heel grips or inserts can sometimes help improve the fit and provide extra support.

    Elson in the chocolate is such a versatile dress flat pair with wide leg pants for a dressy look! The soft suede is so comfortable!
