    Comfy style and value

    These boots are so lux, however go down a size from your normal sizing, as I found them to be a size up. The returns and customer service from Lily, was seamless and easy and my new winter boots are fabulous.

    Best Boots!

    Absolutely love these boots. They do run a little large as your foot isn’t snug into the boot due to the slouchy nature, however I still ended up in my usual size after inserting insoles.

    Beautiful boot.

    This boot is stylish and very comfortable. I get compliments from everyone who sees them. I would like to give a shout out to the staff at Merchant Chadstone who helped me exchange the first pair which were too big. The customer service in store and via email was excellent.
