    Buyer beware

    These boots were purchased and after a month of wear, the leather started to look like it was 2 years old and the leather started to discolor. Considering the price, i thought this would be a quality product, very disappointing. We tried to return the boots to the Albany branch, but the Manager said it was out of the return date policy. The manager then offered to send the boots away to be polished butIi had already tried polishing the boots, which didn't make a difference to the leather. I will no longer be shopping at Merchant, as the quality of the footwear has gone down hill.
