    Fake advertising

    I was excited to receive these boots. I bought them off the ad that said they were all leather. When I received em I was disappointed to see they are a mix of leather at the front, and synthetic material at the back (not so much the sole but part of the body of the shoe)

    I was able to return these , Ive posted them and I was told I'd get a refund due to the misleading ad.

    Still waiting for the refund.

    Email customer team didn't address the issue I'd raised at first and after another email they did. They sent me a return label and now that I've sent them just waiting for my refund.
