    Wide Calf but not wide ankle 🙁

    I had such high hopes for these boots. Pulling them out of the box, they looked and felt beautiful. Unfortunately, whilst they were a great fit around my wide calf - they were not a wide ankle fit (which doesn’t always go hand in hand with wide calves). In this case I needed to return them - which I was able to do easily in store. I believe there are wide calf/wide ankle versions of this boot (different style name). Next time I’m in the CBD - I’ll try them on. I certainly appreciate that this lovely brand is going outside the box and making boots for a great range of feet/legs.

    Barnett Wide Knee High Boot with XX Wide Calf

    Great to finally find a pair of tall boots that fit my extra wide calf. Leather is soft and heel height is comfortable. Deducted a star as I don’t like that some of the stitching on the seam is exposed (on both shafts before I even tried them on), as though they’ve been tried on by someone with a too-wide calf and the stitching has been pulled. I like the fit overall though and won’t return but it is a little annoying. Would love for this design to be released in a brown/tan colour as well.

    First long boot I have easily been able to slip on and be comfortable. No worries troubles considering I have wider calf. Honestly swear by them if you're wanting a timeless long boot.

    Barnett Wide Knee High Boot with XX Wide Calf

    These are the only knee high boots I've found that fit around my larger carves. The leather is buttery soft and doesn't feel restricting at all. They're very well made and worth the price!
