Want to return something purchased online?
We understand that sometimes things don't work out, so we've tried to make resolving things easy. If trying on your purchase at home, make sure you do so inside and on carpet - we're unable to accept returned orders if the item has been worn or damaged after purchase. Please note if you purchase our care products, this is final sale and is non-refundable.
If you're not happy with your online purchase, we'll happily give you a full refund or exchange (including sale items) within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply post your order to our Distribution Centre, or take it to one of our stores, along with your invoice or proof of purchase. Return postage is covered by the customer, but we will not ask you to pay for shipping again if you choose to exchange your order for a different size or style. If we can’t provide you with an exchange, we’ll issue you with a full refund. All refunds are processed via the original method of payment and will be processed within four working days of receipt of your order.
