COVID-19 Update 8/07/2020
We believe it’s important we keep our community updated as more guidelines are announced for Victoria regarding COVID-19.
In line with the recent announcements, all of our Melbourne stores will close from Thursday 9th July until Sunday 20th September or until further notified. Our love goes out to all of our team in Melbourne Central, Chadstone, Southland, Doncaster & Highpoint stores. The health and safety of our people and our customers are always our highest priority. CAN I STILL PURCHASE FROM YOU?
Our online store is remaining open. Any orders placed will be sent out to you as usual. There may be some shipping delays, but we will keep you updated with delivery times on our website immediately as we are made aware.
CAN I RETURN ITEMS?
Our Distribution Centre is open to process returns during this period so you can continue to send your return items there if you wish. Additionally, to make things easy for you, any purchases made from 23rd June 2020 onward will have an extended returns period until 4th Septmeber 2020. You will also be able to return your items once our stores can reopen. Please note, there may also be some delays in receiving your returns. We will work hard to process these as quickly as possible.
