2015: We're a finalist again!

Family is everything to us; we're not only family owned (with four generations of Anselmis in the business of footwear) we also pride ourselves on the family culture of our many stores. The drive and success of our people means the world, so we're pretty proud to say that we're a finalist again in the IBM Kenexa Best Workplaces award for the eleventh year, and have been winners for three!

We know finding the right shoe is never easy, that's why we're here to help; visit our friendly, knowledgeable staff in store and we'll do everything possible to help you get the right pair. The perfect fit is our passion!


Each year for the last 11 years, including 2015, we have placed as a finalist in the IBM Kenexa Best Workplaces Awards. Last year (2014), for the third year running we won the Large Workplaces Category. In 2013 we were named the Overall Winner.

What makes these awards and recognition even sweeter for us is that this feedback came from our staff who answered the confidential surveys as part of this external process.

Being recognised by the business community as a best place to work is wonderful, however being given this honour direct from our teams is just fantastic!
